With over 18 years of experience as a creative and 10 years as a Creative Director, I bring a wealth of expertise in managing internal Art Departments. Leading a dynamic team of thinkers and creators, I spearhead the creative direction, fostering innovative ideas and overseeing the performance of a talented group of individual people, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Copywriters. I have a comprehensive grasp of the entire creative process and bring creatives from different disciplines together to create a cohesive design that's on brand and on target with any creative brief. My role is pivotal in aligning graphics, images, messaging, and video elements with the creative with brand standards intact. My goal is to grow creatives in their strategic thinking and leadership skills.
